18:30 Focus Discussion – AI and KM: How Artificial Intelligence Is Changing the Role of Knowledge Management
Many organizations are deploying AI tools, yet adoption and real business value often remain limited. At the same time, AI is exposing long-known information and knowledge management (KM) challenges such as fragmented knowledge, outdated content, unclear ownership and missing governance.
In this interactive focus discussion, we will explore how AI may reshape the role of KM: from content management toward knowledge flow, governance, trust, organizational learning and change enablement. Together, we will discuss what “AI-ready knowledge” could mean and which KM capabilities may become most important in the coming years.
The session is designed as an open peer exchange for KM professionals and will focus on practical experiences, questions, opportunities and concerns rather than technical deep dives or vendor solutions. The discussion will be held in English.
