Knowledge Management Today: Take the KM Survey!

There are many different takes on knowledge management (KM). An early divide was between the 'people' people and the 'technology' people. Later, technology became social. And now we have Artificial Intelligence (AI) that gives near perfectly human replies.

What has, and will knowledge management become? Find out in this session delivered in the form of a survey and follow-up conversations about the full range of today's KM – to see where you and your organisation stand on this question and related issues.

Facilitator bio

Alim Khan has worked as a consultant and staff member in ILO, UNFPA, UNRWA, WHO. He has designed and delivered over a dozen regional and country-level workshops in Africa, Asia, and Europe that span planning and policy formulation, foresight, collaborative working practices, global programme evaluations, and preparedness and emergency response.
Previously, Alim held management consulting roles with a Boston Consulting Group company in Canada, the business consulting division of Andersen in the United States, and research and project management with IMD in Switzerland.
Alim holds a Doctorate, two Master degrees (International Management and an MBA), and a BA.
