Dear colleagues,
Organisations have spent years trying to capture and retain more knowledge. Artificial intelligence (AI) now makes it easier than ever to search across documents, systems, and past experience.
But more information does not necessarily mean better knowledge.
Human memory is selective: we keep what matters, let go of unnecessary detail, and reinterpret what we know as circumstances change. AI may need to learn to do something similar.
Led by Itecor’s Head of Knowledge Management Olivier Hayard, this roundtable will explore how forgetting may be just as important to organisational knowledge as remembering.
We look forward to a lively interactive discussion about how AI could change the way organisations access and use knowledge — and how to ensure that outdated or irrelevant information does not continue to shape decisions.
This roundtable is for anyone working in the knowledge economy who relies on good information to make decisions, solve problems, manage projects, advise others or help organisations learn.
